Purity Water Co, LLC Lifetime Warranty
At Purity Water Co, LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our water treatment systems. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each system.
Coverage
Covers mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water.
Protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Covers labor-related issues arising from the original installation for one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations
- Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Purity Water Co, LLC guidelines.
- The warranty excludes damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or contaminant levels beyond system specifications.
- Replacement parts or services provided under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
- This warranty is the exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Purity Water Co, LLC is responsible only for damages or failures resulting from workmanship-related issues and is not responsible for damages caused by manufacturer defects.
- Purity Water Co, LLC's total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system. Purity Water Co, LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Shipping and Returns for Installed Systems
Purity Water Co does not ship water treatment bundles as boxed online retail products. Bundle pricing is for local consultation, equipment coordination, and professional installation in the Greater Cleveland service area.
Installed systems are not handled through a standard mail-in retail return process. Warranty claims, workmanship questions, and service issues are handled through the warranty process on this page.
Manufacturer Warranty
Purity Water Co, LLC also provides a manufacturer-backed warranty for specific system components covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

- Acts of nature
- Water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes
